Samples

Overview

The folder of the samples can be found at:

dca/samples

It contains a readme.txt file for each folder, that explains what the folder contains.

The samples folder is organized as follows:

Getting started with samples

To get started with preparation steps and building samples click on:

Samples: generic_samples

Contains example programs that are showing common tasks such as license checking, updateing modules, returning version numbers of the installed SCA modules and contents etc.

Samples: customdb_samples

Contains example programs showing how to set up and how to connect to a custom database. There are also examples that shows how to add and remove entries and maintain custom database updates by using the Custom Database Module Toolbox package.

Samples: ipr_samples

Contains example programs showing how to use the IP Reputation.

Samples: malware_samples

Contains example programs showing how to use the Malware Classification.

Samples: text_samples

Contains example programs showing how to use the Text Classification.

Samples: url_samples

Contains example programs showing how to use the URL Classification, to connect to a URL database locally and remotely. Also it contains some samples how to perform update and scheduling tasks by using multiple threads.

Samples: wac_samples

Contains example programs showing how to use the Web Application Classification (WAC).

Samples: zla_samples

Contains example programs showing how to use the Zero Level Analysis Classification (ZLA).
